What you'll do:
Oversee regional Affiliate/ KOL Business Development operation, design and implement transformation and successful scale-up strategies
Develop and maintain a network of prospects that will enable a strong, consistent pipeline for conversion into sales
Manage and enhance relationships with local crypto influencers, bring in bigger partnerships for the purpose of user acquisition
Devise creative affiliate marketing and KOL growth plans to attract and work with affiliates
Work seamlessly with other cross-functional teams such as Marketing & Growth, Product and Global Customer Support to ensure the best-in-class customer experience, brand message and product proposition are being executed
Be the OKX Ambassador to grow awareness of the OKX brand in Middle East
What you'll need:
Solid regional Sales & Marketing experience, with a predominate focus in Affiliate/ KOL/ Influencer growth
Established experience in the Cryptocurrency/ DeFi industry
Proven experience in team management
Entrepreneurial and able to easily switch between strategic and tactical initiatives
Be able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, matrix and decentralized environment
Result-oriented mindset
Strong media facing experience preferred
Personal passion for Digital Assets
Immediately available strongly preferred
